He conducts site studies to evaluate material and component failures in machinery, HVAC systems, septic tanks, and sewage treatment plants, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
Mr. Menezes has expertise in assessing hurricane and hail damage, wind-driven water intrusion, and environmental impacts, providing expert reports and preventative solutions. With a strong background in energy analysis, he has performed technical modeling, verified work for energy incentives, and managed energy efficiency certifications.
Mr. Menezes experience extends to load calculations across multiple states, coordinating with architects and construction teams to ensure compliance with building codes such as IRC, IPC, and CPC.
Additionally, he has served as a member of a building forensic team, and has investigated HVAC system failures and designed plumbing and gas pipeline systems, demonstrating a deep understanding of residential and commercial construction standards.
